Invisible Entries
Here Invisible Entries sounds a little like my previous problem Ghost Entries, but is fundamentally different. Here is an example:
http://en.openei.org/wiki/Data:1983228f-879c-4eb2-8175-f4fdfc4390a2
The entry is not visible under the Data view.
If you use Edit with Form, you can see that data does exist for the entry; it is just invisible in the Data view.
Also, some of the privileges (namely approve) can not be exercised for this entry.
Is there something simple I am missing?

Maintenance
Hey nsbowde,
Thanks for posting. Teresa (user twong) has done some back-end maintenance scripts lately, but I'm going to see if she can look into this and address it. I'll help review and test whatever solutions there are to this. Thanks!
?Solution?
I was able to resolve the issue simply, although I don't understand why. The initial name of the rate was General Service - Small - Single Phase. All I did was remove the dashes and the entry appeared in the Data view. I even went back after and added the dash between Small and Single Phase, so that the name is General Service Small - Single Phase. It worked, but I do not understand why.
Invisible entries - windows dash in the rate name
I've seen this problem before and I think the problem with these pages is that there a em(en)dash in the name which I'm guessing the parser cannot handle. I usually type over the dash and then the page shows up fine. I have not had a chance to look into this more yet.
