This rate schedule is applicable to electric service for Tower Metal Products L.P. at its manufacturing facility in the NEJ,4 of Section 5, T23S, R 25E, Linn County, Kansas. Service under this tariff is conditioned upon certain provisions contained in an Agreement for Electric Service executed between Tower Metal Products, L.P. and Heartland. This rate schedule shall terminate immediately should the member terminate, for any reason, the Agreement for Electric Service.

Demand Comments DETERMINATION OF COINCIDENT PEAK (CP) BILLING DEMAND 1. For the months of June through September, the coincident peak billing demand shall be the demand coincident with KEPCo' s peak. 2. For the months of October through May, the coincident peak billing demand shall be 70% of the billing demand coincident with the highest KEPCo peak occurring in either of the previous months of July and August. DETERMINATION OF NON-COINCIDENT PEAK (NCP) BILLING DEMAND The NCP billing demand will be the highest fifteen-minute integrated kilowatt demand registered during tbe month by suitable demand meter. In no event shall the billing demand be less than 30 kilowatts or 60% of the highest NCP billing demand in any one month during the twelve preceding months, whichever is higher.
