Description
Except as provided under "Special Terms and Conditions", this rate is available to any customer whose monthly demand requirements are not in excess of 50 kilowatts during any two of the five consecutive months from November through March for commercial or industrial purposes used through one metered service. Service will be single phase or three phase, alternating current, 60 hertz, at the standard available voltage described in the Company's Standard Requirements.
