Description
Available for any city, town, unincorporated community, county or state governing body located within the Association's service area, subject to the rules and regulations of the Association. This rate is applicable to electric service only to standard installations of luminaires for lighting of public streets, public alleys and public thoroughfares. Only High Pressure Sodium Luminaires will be utilized for service. All of the street lighting equipment will either be (1) owned, operated and maintained by the Association, or (2) owned by the consumer but approved, operated, and maintained by the Association.
