Description
OPTION #1 Available to members of the Cooperative for service to stock water pumps where the required transformer capacity is not greater than 5 KVA, provided the member pays the total new investment required to extend service to the pump location from existing lines. Such payment shall not be refundable. This provision is applicable only to existing services. OPTION #2 For all new services, the line extension and billing will be established under Rate Schedule "A", in which case the minimum and KWH used will be billed on a monthly basis. If service is rendered under Schedule " A", a ten (10) year contract is required. The minimum established at the time service is initiated will remain in effect indefinitely. * ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGE 6% of new investment (option #1 above) * MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE $34.00 per month (option #2 above). * Green Power Tag - Add an additional $.0105/kwh
