Alternating current, single or three phase, 60 hertz, supplied at the Association's voltage through a single point of delivery for service to motors, pumps, lift pumps, tail water pumps, sprinkler drives, etc. used for irrigation and soil drainage. This rate available for motors of 3 horsepower and larger. This rate also available to municipal and water districts for the purpose of supplying domestic water to the ultimate consumer and to pumps for cemeteries
