Description: Rate Schedule LP Large Power Service * Availability: Available to consumers of the Cooperative located on or near its three-phase lines whose load requirements exceed 50kVA on more than one occasion in 12 consecutive months. * Minimum Charges: The monthly minimum charge shall be the Metering and Billing Charge plus the Distribution Basic Service Charge plus the Facilities Charge, if any. * Facilities Charge: The Facilities Charge shall be based on load requirements or transformer capacity, whichever is greater. For consumers whose load exceeds 15kVA or who require more than 15kVA transformer capacity, the monthly minimum Facilities Charge shall be applied for each additional kVA over 15. Facilities Charge, per kVA for all kVA over 15: $2.25 * Fixed Monthly Charge ($144.540)= Metering and Billing Charge + Distribution Basic Service Charge ($44.40+ $100.00). * Flat Rate Buy ($0.03483)= Distribution Usage Charge + Energy Usage Charge ($0.01248 + $0.02235). * Flat rate sell = Energy Usage Charge * Demand Charge ($9.25)= Distribution Demand Charge + Energy Demand Charge ($2.75 + $6.50). * Energy Charges are subject to the Power Cost Adjustment Rider.
