This rate schedule is optional to all Residential Service (Rg-1), Rural Residential Service (Fg-1), and General Service (Gs-1) customers. Customers that wish to be served on this rate schedule must apply to the utility for service. Once an optional customer begins service on this rate schedule, the customer shall remain on the rate for a minimum of one year.
