Description
SCHEDULE IU - INDUSTRIAL TIME-OF-USE 1000 AND ABOVE (OPTIONAL) * Apply these criteria: (1) Have a monthly non-coincident peak demand exceeding 500 kW at least one month during calendar year 1996; (2) Were provided electric service by the City of Statesville as of January 1, 1997; (3) Continue to receive electric service by the City of Statesville. * The demand for billing purposes each month shall be the largest of the following: (1) The maximum integrated 30-minute demand measured during the times as indicated below; (2) Fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Demand; (3) 30 kW. * When the Customer's average monthly power factor is less than 90%, the City will adjust the billing demand for that month by multiplying by 90% and dividing by the average power factor for that month. * RENEWABLE ENERGY PORTFOLIO STANDARDS (REPS) CHARGE ** Fixed monthly charge will be increased by the amount determined in http://www.ci.statesville.nc.us/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=jFop6qw1lvo%3d&tabid=270 * This rate was closed to new customers by this ordinance, which was adopted on June , 2008. *Fixed Monthly Charge = $48.12 + REPS($21.42) = $69.54
