Description
AVAILABILITY-Credits are available under this Rider for demand reduction during the monthly system peak. This Rider is available in conjunction with the City's General Service Schedule. MONTHLY CREDIT- *The customer will receive a monthly credit for reduction in demand during the 60-minute interval of the billing month which is coincidental with Carolina Power & Light Company's (CP&L) System Monthly Peak Demand as defined in the Power Coordination Agreement between NCEMPA and CP&L dated July 30, 1981. The Monthly Credit will be $8.00 per kw multiplied by the estimated reduction in demand by the customer during the CP&L System Monthly Peak. DETERMINATION OF DEMAND FOR CREDIT- *The reduction of KW demand will be determined solely and exclusively by the City from the Customer's integrated kilowatt demand during the 60-minute interval of the CP&L System Monthly Peak and estimated demand without load management.
