Description: To be eligible for the Load Control Rate, the consumer is required to reduce load (demand) during the months of July and August to no more than 25% of its billing demand in service between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. If metering data indicates that the consumer's load during this period exceeded twenty-five (25%) percent of the monthly billing demand, the Consumer may not be eligible to be billed under this schedule and may be billed under the standard General Service Large rate schedule. The Consumer may request service under this tariff effective July 1 of any year. The Consumer agrees to remain on the tariff for a minimum of 12 months unless the Consumer leaves the Cooperative's lines or is disqualified as mentioned above. ENERGY COST ADJUSTMENT The rates for energy to which this adjustment is applicable shall be increased or decreased by 0.001¢ per kilowatt hour (kWh) for each 0.001¢ (or major fraction thereof) increase or decrease in the aggregate cost of energy per kWh as computed by the following formula.
