Applicability - For a single family residential household and electric service is only used for domestic requirements. Electric service must be taken through one (1) meter at one (1) point of delivery. Seasonal Service Minimum Monthly Billing - In addition to the Monthly Customer Service Charge set forth herein, the minimum monthly billing for energy shall be $5.30. Rates are subject to Fuel Adjustments.
