Description
Applicable to any customer whose energy consumption has exceeded 9000kWh in any one of the prior twelve(12) consecutive billing periods ending with the current billing period. Also available to customers with energy consumption at any level below 9000kWh per billing period who agree to remain on this rate for at least twelve(12) months. For any billing period that exceeds 35 days, the energy consumption shall be prorated to that of a 30-day amount for purposes of administering this requirement. Resale not permitted. Once an optional is selected, the customer must remain on that option for twelve(12) consecutive months.
