Description
Applicable to single and three-phase general service including lighting and power, except for the Customer whose monthly Maximum Demand, in the opinion of the Utility, is expected to exceed 20 kW or has exceeded 20 kW in any three (3) months during the preceding twelve (12) months is ineligible for service under this Schedule. *State law requires all California electric utilities to establish a public benefit charge of 2.85% of electric retail revenues to fund qualifying energy efficiency programs, renewable energy resources, research and demonstration projects, and services for low-income electricity customers.
