For single family residences who meet all of the following requirements: 1. The business will be conducted entirely within a dwelling or integral part thereof. 2. The business is clearly incidental and secondary to the principal use of the dwelling. 3. No mechanical equipment is used except such as may be used for domestic or household purposes (or as deemed similar to power and type). 4. Such business shall not require internal or external alteration or invoke construction features not customarily in a dwelling. 5. Not more than fifty percent of the floor area at the dwelling is devoted to such home business. 6. No sign is displayed other than those permitted for residential purposes.
