Description
To all members of the Cooperative for outdoor area lighting within the Cooperative service area. This service will only be available to members who agree to enter into an agreement with the Cooperative whereby the member guarantees a minimum of 60 months' payments. However, should removal occur before 60 months have elapsed, the member will be required to pay the balance of the monthly fees or $200.00, whichever is less.
