Availability: This rate is available to all member-consumers for all uses requiring three-phase service in excess of 1000kW of billing demand. This rate is closed to new consumers. If existing consumers qualify and choose to change to this rate, that consumer may not return to Schedule I rates. Each kWh used is subject to adjustment in accordance with the Wholesale Power Adjustment Clause.
