Description
The Westby Electric Utility is municipally owned and is "not for profit." Westby Utilities offers customers low cost municipal electric rates and has recently completed an expansion and modern upgrade to the infrastructure of the entire electric utility. Westby Utilities installed a new substation and many new distribution lines in 2001. This rate is subject to the Power Cost Adjustment Clause.
