AVAILABILITY: This Schedule is available in all territory served by the Cooperative subject to the Cooperative's established Service Rules and Regulations and applicability stated herein. APPLICABILITY: This Schedule is applicable to individual residential consumers in residences, mobile homes, or individually metered apartments who meet all-electric and thermal requirements of this Schedule. REPS Charge: Residential $0.35 included in the fixed monthly charge. This rate is subject to Wholesale Power Cost Adjustments, the Energy Efficiency Rider Adjustments as well as any applicable sales taxes imposed by any governmental authority.
