Description
Available for commercial and industrial customers with demands less than 7,500 KW. Customers shall contract for a definite amount of electrical capacity in kilowatts, which shall be sufficient to meet normal maximum requirements, but in no case shall the contract capacity be less than 1,000 KW. For the purpose of this tariff, the on-peak billing period is defined as 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., for all weekdays Monday through Friday. The off-peak billing period is defined as 9:00 P.M. to 7:00A.M. for all weekdays and all hours of Saturday and Sunday.
