Description
Available to Small Power Producers and co-generators that are a Qualifying Facility as defined by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order No. 70 under Docket No. RM 79-54. This schedule is not available to Qualifying Facilities with a power production capacity greater than 100 KW. Supplementary service is defined herein as power supplied by the Company to a Qualifying Facility in addition to that which the Qualifying Facility generates itself. Supplementary service will be provided by the Company under a retail electric service schedule which the customer will establish in conjunction with the implementation of this Supplementary and Standby Service rate.
